Our Mission

To advance the standards, recognition and professional development of those working in refrigeration and air conditioning across Central England — building a connected, competent and respected RACHP community.

Who We Are

CESRA — the Central England Society of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning — is a professional membership body founded in 2026 to serve engineers, technicians and businesses working in the refrigeration and air conditioning sector.

We exist because the RACHP industry deserves a dedicated voice in the heart of England. Whether you are an experienced engineer, an apprentice just starting out, or a business committed to raising standards across your workforce, CESRA is your professional home.

What We Do

CESRA provides the tools, recognition and community that RACHP professionals need to develop their careers and raise the standard of work across the industry.

🏅 Professional Recognition

Your CESRA membership grade demonstrates your standing to employers, clients and peers. We provide credentials that reflect your experience and commitment to the profession.

Log and track your Continuing Professional Development through your CESRA member portal. Keep a verified record of training, events, webinars and technical reading — all in one place.

👥 Networking & Community

Connect with engineers, technicians and businesses across the region. CESRA events — from technical seminars to social occasions — bring the Central England RACHP community together.

📋 Technical Resources

Members get access to technical guidance, industry standards summaries and best-practice documentation to support their day-to-day work.

👤 Mentorship Programme

Experienced members can give back by becoming an approved CESRA mentor, while those earlier in their career can be matched with a mentor who can provide guidance and industry insight.

🌳 F-Gas & Regulation

We keep members informed of changes to F-Gas legislation, refrigerant phase-downs and industry regulation so you can stay compliant and ahead of the curve.
